		<description>Good job Hilary! You are kicking butt! I&#039;m still feeling pretty rough so I have not worked out, but you&#039;re right, I need to take care of myself and not push too hard.  Since I don&#039;t feel up to working out just yet, I&#039;ve been focusing on my food. I&#039;ve been cooking a lot more, tracking my calories and submitting my recipes on sparkpeople to try and get an accurate idea of what I&#039;m eating. Yesterday was day 1 and I feel really proud of myself for sticking to it!

I am committing to tracking my calories daily, but I will give myself a break Thanksgiving afternoon. I will eat a good breakfast and try not to go hogwild at dinner, but I&#039;m not going to beat myself up about it. When Friday comes I will be tracking again. I am committed to following your excellent lead and getting my health back on track:)</description>
