I have successfully tracked my meals for two days now, whoo-hoo:) I&#039;m starting to feel better so I think I will aim to do a couple of workouts this weekend. I am going to continue to track my food, it&#039;s really motivating me, it&#039;s funny, I always thought it would do the opposite. I tried Weight Watchers on a couple of different occasions and tracking my points did not work well for me at all. Tracking on Sparkpeople seems totally different for some reason...I joined the Biggest Loser Wild Winter Challenge on Spark, I&#039;m excited to see what that has in store for me.
