Thanks, Josie! Yep, I'm still on track :). Thank you for checking in on me---it's so nice having someone else at a similar place in their weight-loss journey to be accountable to, you know? Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Amy: Thanks! I'm pretty fond of my new red sweater from Old Navy :). So happy to hear you handled Thanksgiving so well! How are you doing with resisting the leftovers?

Hi Tina! Hope things are going great for you this weekend :). I'm glad your mom was able to understand the reason why you wouldn't be coming back for leftovers. Sometimes taking care of ourselves causes some misunderstandings or discomfort at first (I was kind of stressed about Thanksgiving meal #2 last night, but it went fine).

Great photo Hilary! You look "happy"!

Hope you enjoyed the holiday and are still on track. By the way, in the spirit of thanksgiving, I just wanted to say thank you for all your encouragement! I'm glad we 'found' each other!

What a great picture! You look totally in control and at ease with the situation, that's a great thing.

I just got back from my Mom & Dad's house. I did okay, I only took a little bit of each dish, but there was so much that it filled my plate. It was so delicious. When making my plan for the day I totally forgot about supper (we eat our Thanksgiving meal at noon). We always reheat everything and eat again. Uh-oh, I didn't plan for this and ate a little more.

My Mom was disappointed when I told her I wouldn't be coming by to eat any leftovers after today because I am back on track tomorrow (or actually now!). She's happy though that I'm working in getting my body back in shape.

Good luck tomorrow, I know you'll do fine. :-)
