Aww, it’s so cool to “see” you in this way! Too cute. My sound isn’t working right now so I couldn’t hear a darn word you said, but I loved watching it. LOL!

I’m so happy for your progress though!

so cute Hilary! man you’ve got guts doing the videos! I’ve thought about it many times but it already took me ages to be more public about my blogs; I don’t think Vlogging is going to happen for me anytime soon!

I’m so proud of your accomplishments so far and you have such a great attitude! you CAN do this and you are proving it day to day! Thanks for sharing a little bit more of you with us :)

Hey, lady! Honestly I just couldn’t resist playing with my new toy I got for Christmas (iPhone) ;). It has video capabilities and it lets you upload them direct to youtube. Lots of fun! Writing is my real love though, so I doubt I’ll ever be more than an occasional vlogger.

I’ve never commented, but I thought now was the time to do so. I’ve been reading your blogs since last year I found you by goggling about WW new plan last year. WOW 31 pounds that is fantastic you are really on your way. I’m inspired!! Your video was very good too. Thanks for all the hard work you put into the blog.

Chrissy, I’m really excited that you commented today! Thank you for sticking with me over the ups and downs of the past year while I was trying to find my groove. So are you following Weight Watchers? How is everything going for you? Several people very close to me have had great success with that program.

You have definitely pulled through those ups and downs and I’m so glad I continued to check in on you. Your doing great. We need some updated pics to see the progress though :) I’ve done ww several times and had great success at it my only problem is I lose focus and I cant maintain and I put the weight right back on sometimes with extra to follow. I need to get on the ball again and take off this weight once and for all.

You can do it, Chrissy! Sometimes it takes a couple of false starts, but I know that losing and maintaining a weight loss is something within your grasp. Re: update pics, I will definitely post an official update pic when I hit 163 lbs—that will be 20 lbs down from my last update pic ;).

What a cute video! I’m so glad you did this:) I had a bit of a binge last night, but I realized what I was doing and STOPPED. This is huge for me, but I’d been feeling guilty about it today and now seeing your video has reminded me that I can do this and one setback is not going to set me back anymore. I’m not perfect, but I’m on the right path. Thanks Hilary!

Janie, I’m so glad you were able to keep the overeating in perspective and nip it in the bud like that. That is really impressive! Don’t waste time feeling guilty, just keep on keeping on, taking positive actions whenever you can. In my opinion, you rock and can absolutely do this in your own way, at your own pace.

Hilary, thank you for finding my blog – because now I’ve found yours! I like what you got going on here, we have a lot in common.

I really hate the scale. I have such a disfunctional relationship with it. I’m glad I’m taking measurements monthly so I can tell if there’s some real movement in that area.

I also reward myself with non-food items. My vice is tattoos. And trips. Best of luck, I look forward to following you on your journey. We can do this together! :)
